You can eat: Bread, pasta or noodles made from corn, rice, corn-starch, potato-starch, potato flour, whole bean flour, and quinoa (which is really good)
You can not eat: Breads containing wheat, rye, barley, oats, bran, pasta or cereals made from wheat.
You can eat: Fresh, frozen, and canned fruits and vegetables.
You can not eat: Fruit pie filling, creamed or breaded vegetables.
You can eat: Milk, cream, buttermilk, yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, processed cheese, cottage cheese, fresh meat, fish and poultry, lentils, chickpeas, peas, legumes (beans), nuts, seeds, tofu, butter, margarine, and homemade soup.
These are from a table in a nutrition book I’m reading. Hope it helps!

I’m a 16-year-old Celiac as well (:
The first few months will be the hardest, not gonna lie. Check labels on everything. Most labels will say if they have wheat in them now.
You can still eat most of what you would normally, just the gluten-free variety. Udi’s is a company that makes very good bread and bagels compared to what else is out there. I’d also look around your town for a gluten-free bakery or check out some GF cookbooks from your library for some cookies or cakes. Chex cereals are all gluten-free, and delicious. The cinnamon and chocolate kinds are my favorite. (:
Hope I helped, and good luck!!
