Likely not. Celiac is an allergic reaction of sorts, causing inflammation and malabsorption in the lower intestine.
People who aren’t allergic to strawberries have no trouble with them. People who are allergic can have a great deal of difficulty and the allergic reaction can show up elsewhere, like, on their skin and in their ability to breathe.

A post-nasal drip – easily fixed with an appropriate antihistamine. Mucous production. Hyperactivity. Itchy ears.
Not really bad effects.
The rest is all good. I love to eat one or two slices of whole wheat bread every day for the satisfying effect it gives due to its low GI. Boosts the brain. Vitamin B’s. Fiber.
