Answer:
No it isn’t. Spelt, rye, barley, triticale, and wheat are NOT gluten free.
Gluten free flours are rice, sorghum, teff, buckwheat, quinoa, coconut, and nut flours. Oat is iffy – if grown in a certified field away from wheat and processed in a dedicated mill it is gluten free.
